The average executive wastes 150 hours a year – almost one month – searching for lost information.

Home Office Organizing
For many, a home office space is essential when working from home, managing household paperwork or completing homework. It can also be a magnet for piles of paper where important documents are routinely lost. If you can’t see your desktop, let’s clean sweep your office! We will put systems in place to meet your unique needs so you can maintain your office with ease. If you are setting up a home office for the first time or refreshing your space, we can also help with layout and furniture selection.
Home Office Paperwork
Home Office Paperwork
With the rise of remote work over the past few years, the line between work-related and household paperwork has become increasingly blurred. Let us help you organize your home office! We’ll create customized systems tailored to your needs to manage both streams of paperwork, making it easy to maintain an efficient and clutter-free workspace. By minimizing distractions and ensuring everything is easy to find, you’ll enjoy greater productivity and focus.

CORPORATE WORKSPACES

Offices & Workstations
An organized corporate workspace boosts productivity, reduces distractions and enhances focus. We create customized systems tailored to employees’ unique work styles, making it easy to find what they need. By decluttering workstations, desk drawers and storage areas, we develop streamlined processes that foster efficiency and keep employees focused on achieving their goals.

Storage Areas
Storage Areas
Well organized supply cabinets and storage areas will make it easier for employees to find items when they need them and make it obvious when inventory levels are low. Working as part of your team, we will purge all unnecessary items, develop a storage plan, and reorganize the space using suitable containers and clear labelling. When the project is complete, we will provide orientation so that employees are familiar with the new system.
Annual Office Cleanup Day
Annual Office Cleanup Day
During a company-wide or department “Annual Office Cleanup Day”, we work together with employees to organize, clean and sanitize their workspace including desks, drawers, paperwork and common areas. The day includes an organizing session with each employee, two group presentations, a catered lunch, and a follow-up report with recommendations. As a team building activity, this event will foster collaboration, boost productivity and maximize resources. At the beginning or end of a year, or in preparation for an office relocation, this event is a must for any organization!

A well organized filing system will save time, making it easier to find, file and discard information. Working together, we will quickly process paperwork using the File-Act-Toss method. We will teach employees how to prioritize action items and, through identifying meaningful categories, we will set up a customized filing system for quick filing and retrieval. Ideally, computer files will mirror paper files. After archiving old information, we will structure file directories and develop standardized file naming methods that make sense.
Records Management

80% of papers that we keep are never referred to again.
The goal of records management is to keep information flowing through the organization. Using the Lifecycle of Records, we will develop and document retention guidelines to move information from creation through to destruction. A reliable system will save filing and retrieval time, increase productivity, reduce storage costs and space, simplify decision-making and protect vital records. By working as part of your team, we will develop clear records retention guidelines that incorporate existing policies, legal requirements and staff needs.
