Elaine Jermy tackled 30 years of corporate records and operational paperwork with ease and a firm resolve to bring order to the lack of storage and piles of boxes and paper that were threatening to take over our office space. I vividly recall Elaine’s first session with me, when she confidently set out her plan of action, beginning with setting up my electronic records to support ease of storage and retrieval. Before she left on her first day, I had already experienced my first success, efficiently and effectively managing the volume of emails that arrived that day. It was so helpful to have new eyes to see through the volumes of paper and wide scope of tasks and to bring order to it all. It was a huge task. One of the most beneficial processes was setting up temporary systems of paper and task management to bridge the time it took to bring order to so many years of disorder. That had been our failing point in all of our previous attempts to bring order to our office. Elaine helped bring established systems to our office that are now consistent and transferable to new staff. My only regret is that I did not hire her many, many years ago.

I just need to share my incredible experience with Elaine and her crew. I had to pack up and execute a 30 year move with only a month notice. It would have been impossible without Organized Solutions team. So pleasant and caring and listened to my every concern with kindness. I can't thank Elaine enough for being by my side.

I went to a workshop run by Organized Solutions and Elaine was amazing. It inspired me to get myself organized and back on track. After the workshop I stayed up for hours sorting through cupboards and doing filing I'd put off for far too long. She offered both practical solutions and the motivation to get things DeCluttered and organized.

Amazing work. Exactly what I needed to get through my move! Elaine and her co-workers were absolute angels. I had 50+ years of 'stuff' to go through to help my downsize move. Overwhelmed doesn't even begin to describe how I felt. I was hesitant about using a company - will they take good care of everything? Will they be respectful towards me and my things? Will they take the same amount of care I or my children would take? Elaine and her staff completely exceeded my expectations. They were kind and gentle yet SO thorough and efficient! I couldn't believe the incredible dent they made in just a few hours! All the while with huge smiles on their faces - never once did they get impatient or frazzled .. and it was A LOT. They brought their own boxes and paper and supplies and they organized and packed up in such an efficient manner it will be so simple for me to unpack with ease. I've used Organized Solutions twice now. First for personal documentation filing and organizing and second for decluttering and organizing the kids' playroom and other personal items.
