Owned and operated by Organizing Specialist Elaine Jermy, Organized Solutions is one of the only full service organizing companies within Ontario. Since 1998, we have been helping busy professionals, established home owners, families and seniors throughout Oakville, Burlington, Grimsby, Mississauga, Milton, Hamilton, Dundas, Ancaster, and surrounding areas. We offer one-on-one support or a team approach to complete large projects quickly and more economically. As organizing professionals, we guarantee the confidential exchange of information and always bring an objective, non-judgmental perspective.

Who We Are
Elaine Jermy, Owner
Elaine Jermy is one of Canada’s first Professional Organizers and a founder of Professional Organizers in Canada (POC). In 1998, Elaine’s natural ability to “create order out of chaos” lead her to establish Organized Evolution, a Hamilton-based office organizing company. Over the years, the company expanded into home organizing and was renamed Organized Solutions.
Elaine and her team are dedicated to lifelong learning and are continuously growing their knowledge and expertise. Elaine is a graduate of McMaster University (BA Honours, English) with a background in office management. Her academic accomplishments include industry training, Records Management, and Design Principles & Interior Decorating.
Our Team of Experts
Our team of skilled problem-solvers has a passion for helping overwhelmed people to develop tailored solutions that work for them. Backgrounds include managerial positions, Human Resources, Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Social Worker and a Long-Term Care Provider.
In addition to providing creative solutions, our team members enjoy helping with furniture layout, home decor, personal finances, memory preservation and crafting. For busy families, our organizer moms provide first-hand advice on family management, scheduling and toys!
When needed, we also offer reputable cleaning, painting, junk removal, moving and handyman services.
We believe in giving back to the community, protecting the environment, and serving others. We have volunteered with local organizations including: Habitat for Humanity, Ronald McDonald House, Compassion Society, Glad Tidings, City Kidz and YWCA Hamilton.
Client donations are distributed to the most suitable local charities including Compassion Society, Salvation Army, The Good Shepherd, Habitat for Humanity and Christian Salvage Mission. Occasionally, we may sell items to raise funds for various charitable causes.
Protecting the Environment
We are an eco-friendly company, practicing and teaching the 3 R’s: Reduce, Reuse, Recycle. We encourage our clients to accumulate less, buy reusable, repurpose/donate unwanted items, and always properly dispose of waste. When it comes to being environmentally friendly, truly less is more!
Many items in your home can be dangerous to your health and the environment. We will safely dispose of medication at a local pharmacy, and take household hazardous waste such as vitamins, toiletries, cleaners and paint to your community recycling centre.
